Mr. Ray holds two masters-level degrees including an MBA from the Keller Graduate School and an MS degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.

Over 20 years of service delivery and operations experience working in consulting, information technology, insurance, and telecom industries. He has extensive knowledge in IT Service Management, Software, and Project Delivery Management. Prior to working at KR Elixr, he worked at IBM in program management roles. Mr. Kumar holds a degree in Computer Science and C-PGDBA in Operations Management.
Dilip Kumar Routray
Executive Director, Finance
Over 23 years of project management experience working in consulting, financial services, hospitality, and technology industries. Prior to joining KR Elixir, he was responsible for leading 60 engineers working with clients, like DNBS RBI, Bank Of India, Global Trust Bank, Indian Hotel, and others. Mr. Routray holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, MBA in Information Technology, and Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CLP (LOTUS NOTES), ITIL.

Barun Sanyal is an accomplished senior executive with over 31 years of experience in leading Indian IT companies like R S Software and Tech Mahindra. He has worked with top clients such as American Express, Kaiser Permanente, VISA International, The Coca-Cola Company, Winn Dixie Stores, and Abercrombie & Fitch. He is currently involved with a top specialty non-discount apparel retailer with high market share in the teen segment operating over 1100 stores.
