I have been a part of this organization for the past 9 months. Working as a Sr.Java developer for INGESTION project which includes data fabric and gcp technologies. A few rare and unique things which excite me a lot about this working platform. Being a fresher I have an equal amount of understanding of the project as a 10-year experienced person in our team has. KRE lixir gives employees a lot of space and encouragement to think out of the box and implement new ideas for the betterment of each project. It makes us interested to learn a lot of new things and implementing them on daily basis. A quarterly practice is followed to appreciate and inspired employees by giving certificates to those who deserve it. They also conduct fun sessions to boost ourselves and comeback with double energy and fresh thoughts.

I found KR Elixir a good place to learn and grow for every techie who wants to face the challenges along with upskilling their knowledge. In my experience I got I got the opportunity to learn about Cloud Technologies and its implementation in automation. While working with KR Elixir I found good and kind people I found generous people who share their knowledge to maximize the productivity And I found the people who identify the application in a very well manner and they are very curious to improve the business Good thing about KR Elixir is that they appreciate your efforts and they well take care about their employees

Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same : Choosing KRELIXIR and working with the organization was one of my right things I did for which I will never regret. I have been working with KRE for the past 1 year and it has been a fabulous experience in terms of learning, compensation and company culture. KRE provided me a chance to work with one of the big giants in Credit Bureau Domain : Equifax, it was a great exposure working with a team full of bright minds and it was a platform for me where I got a chance to upgrade my technical skills and also got good exposure in cloud platform.

I am Swathy. I am a java developer at KRE. I joined remotely during the pandemic. My onboarding was very smooth. I never felt like I was joining virtually. The thing that I like about KRE is ownership of our work. You own your work and you deliver it. There is a lot of responsibility and independence that comes with it. I am working for a client of KRE named Equifax for whom I am working on latest technologies. I definitely see myself being part of KRE's technology team in the future.
